"The sink was stained and leaking the shower was leaking but the room was spacious and generally clean"

"Absolutely horrible customer service and a scam. Needed to extend my stay for 1 day and was told i would have to either pay an additional $30 for early check in, or check out at 11am and check in at 2pm. Ive never had a hotel do that. "

"Booking claimed pans and cooking/eating utensils were included, turn out they are not included and needed to pay $20 extra for pots and pans and utensils!"
