Staying for the second time in Beaufort Lodge. Excellent hospitality. Tasty breakfasts. Convenient location. Rooms a bit small but ok for a short stay. Very clean. WiFi was not the best but the hosts tried to make it better during our stay. Overall, a good and comfortable stay.

A lovely weekend stay!
The hosts were lovely and so welcoming, and the room was very cosy and clean. We used Beaufort Lodge as a base for a day of exploring in Norwich and meeting friends for dinner in the evening. Great location with easy accessibility to the city centre- we would definitely come back!

Large comfortable bedroom and bathroom . Excellent hosts , it was my wife's special birthday and they gave her a card and a box of chocolates , which was very nice and much appreciated . Very good breakfast in the lovely breakfast room. Easy walking into the city centre and a nice pub a few minutes walk away . Would definitely stay there again when in the area .

We really enjoyed our few days at Beaufort Lodge. We had a warm welcome and a comfortable stay. Breakfast was great - a good range of food available (selection made the night before), freshly cooked, served very efficiently by Alwyn in the bright, spacious breakfast room. We enjoyed our chats!

Very much a family feel, exceptionally friendly and great service. 15 minute walk into central Norwich but does have 2 great pubs within 200 yards of the hotel.

An excellent stay
Warm welcome and a clean and tidy room. Also available is a lounge area with an excellent view of the garden. Breakfast was good and with a view of that tidily kept garden. Short walk into the city or catch the bus, bus stop a few yards away.

The welcome from the hosts was very friendly, the accommodation was very comfortable. We were offered fresh milk on arrival to accompany a cup of tea and enjoyed a very good cooked breakfast on both mornings.

Homely, welcoming and just lovely!
A two night stay whilst we visited favourite places in Norwich and the wider County. Received a very warm welcome, everything about the room and our stay was explained and help with finding places to eat was offered. To be able to park right outside was a bonus and a relief that our ridiculously huge car would fit - no height restrictions that so many larger establishments have. Breakfast was made to order and delicious. Very homely and spotlessly clean. Easy walk into the City and the Earlham Pub across the road was great for food on one night when we had run out of energy! Highly recommend and we will be going back for sure.

Highly Recommended
We had a fantastic 1 night stay on 16th December 2022. The room was clean, comfortable and warm, with a nice ensuite bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet, with no traffic noise. The hosts were welcoming and friendly and allowed us to leave our car on site after checking out so we could avoid parking charges in town. Breakfast was lovely - cooked to order, with a large range of items available. Well located for a short walk into Norwich city centre. We would recommend Beaufort Lodge to anyone coming to Norwich.

Great B&B, well-located: about 15 min walk into central Norwich, easy to access by car with space for 3 cars. Very warm welcome, comfortable bed and bedroom, with thoughtful addition of two easy chairs, plus the option to use a guest lounge. Fantastic breakfast in the lovely garden view room, and location, just a few minutes walk to Cathedrals, theatres, and all town centre shopping and museums.

The property is located within an easy walk of the city centre and has the luxury of parking. The house is spotlessly clean - my room was spacious with a really comfy bed and a very welcome fan during last week's mini heatwave. Hosts are super friendly and served a delicious breakfast both mornings with lots of choice. Won't look anywhere else to stay next time. Thank you!
