The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor super-king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, double, and twin. There is a ground-floor bathroom. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for open fire, bed linen, and towels inc. in rent. Outside, there is an enclosed decking with furniture, a large lawn area with picnic bench and off-road parking. There is also a barn with a sitting area with Smart TV, a soundbar speaker, dartboard, pool table, a bar with fridge and dishwasher, and a shower room with walk-in shower. The Neighborhood:
Wayford is situated on the river Ant near Barton Broad. There is a large Farm Shop and Nursery, A bistro style restaurant / coffee shop, a pub and restaurant, small grocery and newsagent and a petrol station. In addition to four Boatyards, offering Day Boat and canoe hire. This is a very popular location for canoeing also leading to the Dilham Canal. There are numerous attractions nearby including the Museum of the Broads, the Radar Museum, famous historic houses and beautiful gardens. There are so many places to eat and shop, not only in Wayford but in nearby Horning and Wroxham, which also boasts boat trips and the Bure Valley Steam Railway. Wayford is located only 6 miles from the coast and stunning beaches. There is a coast road which follows the scenic route through coastal villages offering an abundance of pubs and restaurants or places to stop and picnic before arriving at Cromer and Sheringham with its museums, theatre and steam railway. The area offers so much to see and do, a week will never be enough!
