"Stunning house in a lovely area! The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable each with a bathroom. Living spaces were a good size and nicely furnished. The communication before from Stef and Nikki was exceptional and we were provided with lots of info to make our stay more enjoyable. Hot tub overlooking the river was a nice touch. "Pleasant hotel with spa facilities about 20 minutes drive from Norwich. Having a good size pool with steam room, sauna and jacuzzi was really useful. Breakfast was excellent - usual buffet with the addition of cooked to order items such as avocado toast, eggs Benedict, etc. Lack of aircon in the bedrooms was a serious deficiency - not helped by the room being fairly small. Bathroom was very cramped. Lack of a fridge was also a disappointment. Especially as there was a cupboard under the TV obviously designed to hold a fridge. On the whole I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be in close driving proximity to Norwich and wants spa facilities - but steer clear of warmer months."

"Our room and bathroom were both clean and spacious. The bed was clean and comfortable . The bar area was a bit dark and shabby. Large stains on the carpet in garden restaurant. There was a lot of dust in the common areas. Food was a long time coming at breakfast (30-40 minutes) and it was average. The staff were all lovely and very helpful and friendly."
