「Very good comms and helpful owner. Just the accommodation required. Very good indeed and we all slept well! The pink pub opposite was also very welcoming!」

「The property was very clean, well designed, nicely decorated and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.」

「The accommodation was lovely, clean and spacious. It was the perfect location and the access to the hot tub was a brilliant addition.」

「A beautiful home, fabulous host and a great room. 10 mins drive to North Walsham for parkrun, 5 mins drive to the beach and a few minutes walk to a great cafe.」

「We had a wonderful week at The Coach House. The property had everything we needed for our stay with amply space. The enclosed garden was great for our dogs. Lots of walks near by for ‘the girls’ & dogs and lots of golf courses for ‘the boys’. Norwich is just a 30 minute drive away and the street food market is worth a visit.」

「Lovely stay! So many nice little touches - coffee milk etc. perfect for a long weekend! 」

「Great host! Apartment exactly as described, had a brilliant stay here!」

「This property and the people that run it is excellent. It is ideal for the single traveller or a couple who just require a comfortable base whilst touring the area and the rest of Norfolk. It is very pet friendly and the hosts are excellent, however it is not the easiest location to find in Feltwell, without sat nav. The property is immaculate and well maintained.」

「A good location and check in is easy - collecting the key from a local hotel. The description is a little misleading. The house has 3 bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed. All rooms have en-suite bathroom which is fab. The sofa bed is comfortable and is a double. Nice airy kitchen/dining room. Would recommend. 」
