「Our first room had a problem with the air conditioning and they graciously provided an alternative. We checked in with an extra guest and they accommodated us. Then the host helped our daughter find transportation to the airport. I erroneously had us checking out one day early and they were able to add an extra day for us. I cannot say enough about Gabriella and her excellent English and absolute kindness. We gave this hotel every chance to make this trip stressful but they were not having it!...

An absolute gem in Catania – highly recommended!
I recently stayed at Palazzo Settanta for a weekend trip to attend a concert at Villa Bellini, and my stay was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.
Upon arrival, I received a wonderful and warm welcome. The room was beautiful, incredibly clean, and I was pleasantly surprised to find fresh fruit and water waiting for me – a lovely and thoughtful touch after the journey!
