This is a newly built complex consisting of two adjacent but independent villas and an annexe, less than 200 metres from the beach at Lido di Noto.

It has two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room with double sofa bed for each villa, double bedroom with bathroom and shower for the dependance. Each villa has its own private outdoor Jacuzzi.

The property is surrounded by a large garden and has a magnificent heated swimming pool with jacuzzi, a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols and a covered dining area with barbecue. The interior is bright thanks to the large panoramic windows and is furnished in a functional and elegant manner. It is a perfect solution for two/three families or small groups of friends. It can accommodate up to 14 persons.
