  • Il Primo Fiore is located on the outskirts of Noto, surrounded by a beautiful lemon grove, 1.5 km from the cathedral, and offers a wonderful view of the city.
    Equipped with all modern comforts.
    Private pool with adjoining bathroom and shower, sunbathing area.
    160 square meters, laid out as follows:
    4 bedrooms; 2 bathrooms, one with a whirlpool tub and one with a shower; 1 living room; 1 kitchen; 1 pantry; 1 storage room; 1 laundry room; 1 large veranda overlooking Noto; 1 BBQ area.
