The room was okay, but unfortunately there were stains on the walls and the toilet was hanging off the wall. There were only three pillows for two people, and the robes included with the Executive King Room were ripped and clearly well-used. The bed was comfortable enough, though. The staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful, which was definitely a positive.

We found the room very nice and clean, although a little tired. The bar staff were friendly and helpful. We paid extra for breakfast to be included but regretted this decision as the breakfast provided was quite limited. Being vegan I could only eat dry toast with baked beans as there was no dairy alternative spread available (I did ask) They did offer non dairy milk, however the coffee from the machine was not drinkable.

The whole hotel needs a revamp. Thread bare carpets, beds so uncomfortable very thin mattress, no heating in bathroom, poor choice of breakfast, staff unhelpful and always absent from their stations. This hotel has previously been given 4 stars which it definitely does not deserve. Will not be staying again. Noise at night from wedding parties.

The room was great, a good size, with a comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a bank of EV chargers in the car park, which ensured our car was fully charged the next morning. We paid for breakfast, the hotels website states the breakfasts are made to order, they are not it's a buffet and the pain at chocolates were not fresh.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mour hotel. The only think we had an issue with was that you could not book breakfast at time of booking and had to pay separately when checking in. The staff were friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was 10/10. We will definitely stay there again in future.

This is looking dated. Threadbare carpets in communal areas and rooms. Mattress is hard as nails and likely been there a while. And strangely there is a lack of power sockets in rooms. Wouldn’t go back alas.

The hotel is a little tired looking, room was okay and clean. Location was near (about 7 mins drive, not walkable) to the Park and Ride for Nottingham City Centre, then an easy 25 mins tram journey in. Not sure if there was an easier method. Staff were helpful and friendly.
