Staff at check in were not proactive which led me to returning to the front desk three times before accessing my room. The hotel is being renovated, so there is dust and barriers all over the place. There are no USB chargers in the room, or plug sockets near the bed, which is challenging for charging devices.
The staff at the bar/restaurant were more interested in doing anything but serving.
The swimming pool/changing room was grubby.
All in all a very disapointing visit.
