  • Newly built villa with swimming pool located near the beach in Novigrad. Villa Silver Cittanova is a comfortable and nicely decorated house, which can accommodate 8 people. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen with high quality modern appliances, a dining room and living room with satellite TV, an exit to a furnished covered terrace with barbecue facilities and a beautifully landscaped garden. Villa Silver Cittanova has three modern, air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. Private covered parking is available in front of the house. Thanks to its amazing location, the villa offers you a relaxing vacation near the city center and the beach. The Novigrad area has many cycling trails that lead to beautiful Istrian villages. Relax in the crystal clear waters of the pool after returning from the beach or town. Young groups are not allowed.
