Staff is very helpful and explained were to find everything. the only moment of frustration was when we were asked to pay 25 euros on top of the bill for final cleaning - amount not mentioned on website during booking. and because we've stayed only for one night it sounded a bit excessive. but it was waived when I pointed out that I was not advised in advance"

"This is a very decent hotel that has a great, quiet location, 15 minutes by foot from the center of Novigrad and away from the tourist noise and hubbub. The staff are very professional and helpful, the property is very clean, brunch style breakfast is very abundant. One drawback regarding food is that there are no kosher options; basically any meat other than pork is hard to find. The rooms are okay but they are really small and that’s the other drawback.
