「The property is a farm in charming countryside. Upon arrival no one expected us. Gentleman in the office did not speak any English. He made some phone calls to establish that we really supposed to be staying there. We were shown to our rooms. Everything was covered by a layer of dust. There was no electricity. 「Great location, but a car is definitely needed. A very tranquil place, with only 14 rooms. Rooms and bathrooms are a good size and clean, however rather sparsely furnished. Staff were excellent, very helpful and offered a great service. The breakfast room was well stocked with a good variety of cold foods. 「We booked the hotel as part of a larger trip around Puglia and it is truly special. The space is gorgeous, the staff is amazing, and there were so many activities that it was easy to keep busy.
