“The hotel is a located inside a converted house. Everything looks very traditional, complete with low ceilings, sliding doors, mat covered floors and futons. The dorm slept four, which I though was tight, but it seems to work well enough that I slept quite well both nights. My futon had two layers and although I like a firm mattress, I did think it was quite sore on my back the 1st night.

“If 6 stars were an option they deserve it. I loved my stay here so much I extended my stay. Yeah, I know it’s a bit irregular. But I promise this place is worth (at the very least) checking out! From the staff to the amenities it is a must stay! I’m already planning my next trip back to Little Japan Echigo :) ”
