"Ich hatte das Hotel über Expedia gebucht, wo angegeben war, dass man vorab einen Zugangscode erhält – leider kam keinerlei Nachricht. Vor Ort hing lediglich ein Zettel mit einem Schlüssel, kein persönlicher Empfang, keine Erklärung, nichts.
Während meines gesamten Aufenthalts (vier Übernachtungen) habe ich kein einziges Mal Personal gesehen. Es gab keinen Zimmerservice, das Bett wurde nicht gemacht, keine frischen Handtücher, keine Reinigung.

"Een zeer mooi gelegen hotel op een rustige plaats. Een negatief puntje is dat de kamers slechts slechts om de andere dag gereinigd werden. Wel kon je steeds beroep doen op het personeel als je iets nodig had. Zeer uitgebreid en verzorgd saunacomplex. "

"Wir waren vom 20 bis zum 21 April mal also für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel hatten schon Probleme beim einschicken weil fehlt die Code für die Türen dann die Zimmer gingen so einigermaßen man konnte nicht richtig stehen beim Duschen weil schräge Wände dann Frühstück musste man in einem anderen Hotel gehen auch nicht so super. In in dem Ort selber war auch nichts los tote Hose na ja was soll man halt machen"
"The room was clean, but the mini fridge was left unplugged and someone left food in it so it continued to make the room smell horrible. We had to wait a while at the front desk, because the lady was outside and didn’t hear the bell ring multiple times. Didn’t like that the door was a key. So if there’s more than one person staying and someone left and the other stayed, the other was locked in basically. "This was a wonderful hotel that I wish I could have enjoyed for longer. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms did lack outlets but I believe that is because it is older. The hotel had a very friendly and helpful staff. I was happy I could easily rent a bike at a low cost for the day from the hotel. The breakfast was fantastic! So many choices and all so fresh. It was wonderful too to enjoy eating while viewing the Rhine. (Sadly on the second day of our stay they hosted the breakfast temporarily in the hotel large banquet space - this was not so nice!). The only downside of the hotel is that it is busy! It is not small - it's a huge hotel and thus breakfast, the lobby, and other common areas were always full of people. Check-in and out are not quick processes so allow for some extra time.
Despite minor inconveniences, I would gladly return to this hotel and this time stay longer!"
