Description: Private entrance. Private, fenced garden leading to the apartment's stairs. Living room with sofa and dining table, kitchenette, double bedroom, mezzanine accessible via a ladder from the double bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower and washing machine, and terrace with table and chairs. Air conditioning in the living area. Private, reserved parking space.
