  • Location: privileged position, seafront, with direct access to the shared beach through an underpass.

    Description: located on the third floor of a building with an elevator, the apartment features an entrance into the living room with a sofa, dining table, and kitchenette with induction hob, with access to the balcony – one double bedroom – second bedroom with two single beds and a pull-out third single bed, and balcony – bathroom with shower box.

    The property also includes air conditioning in both the living and sleeping areas, private parking, and a shared garden.

    Guests have access to the shared beach, reachable on foot through a private underpass, with one sun umbrella and two sun loungers included.

    Pets are not allowed.

    Located in the same building as apartment M448.
