  • Location: quiet area of Marcelli, a few steps from the beach.

    Description: Spacious and bright apartment with living room – equipped kitchen – master bedroom with double bed – second master bedroom with double bed – third bedroom with two single beds – bathroom with shower box and washing machine – small terrace and parking space. Pets not allowed.

    The price includes:

    rental

    water, electricity and gas consumption

    24h on-site assistance

    initial and final cleaning

    supply of bed and bath linen for all sleeping places in the house

    Check-in from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM

    Check-out by 10:00 AM

    The tourist tax must be paid on site.

    Check-in will take place at our office in Sirolo, Via Giulietti 170.

    At check-in, guests will be required to sign the short-term rental agreement.

    Pets are not allowed
