  • Location: Located in the charming Villaggio Taunus in Numana, a prestigious complex of villas and apartments surrounded by greenery and located in the most dominant part of Numana. Access to the Residence Sea Green pool is reserved for a maximum of 6 people (open from June 7th to September 13th).

    Description: Located in a residence with a swimming pool (June 7th - September 13th) and a tennis court available to guests!

    Ground floor on two levels.

    Entrance hall with large living room with sofas and dining table, separate kitchen, double bedroom, second bedroom with single bed, and bathroom with shower.

    Basement with living room with single bed, bedroom with bunk bed and double bed, second double bedroom, and bathroom with shower.

    Front and back garden equipped with table, chairs, and barbecue, and a wonderful rooftop solarium with sea views.

    Parking space inside the residence. Washing machine. Pets are welcome.

    The price includes:

80er Jahre Brutalismus-Vibes in wunderschöner Landschaft

Kurz: top! Nachdem wir zuvor eine Woche mitten in Apulien in einer privaten Villa mit Pool verbracht hatten war der Übergang zu diesem Haus etwas hart. Allerdings hat sich dieser Eindruck sehr schnell gelegt. Das Haus ist super, die Dachterrasse der Hammer, der Pool sowie der Tennisplatz sind wunderbar (zu erwähnen ist die Badekappen-Pflicht!). Die ganze Anlage ist zwar nicht nagelneu, versprüht aber einen ganz chilligen 80er Jahre Italo-Charme. Die ganze Gegend ist herausragend schön, der Conero einen Aufstieg wert, ebenso die Strände. Die Städtchen Sirolo und Numana sind wiederum nicht so spannend und sehr künstlich schick.nicht
