"At first I wasn't sure about this property being so far away from Mount Fuji (the reason we were in the area) however, we got there and the hotel is beautiful and the staff was very nice to us. The room was amazing and clean. the shower and body wash/shampoo/conditioner were all very statisfactory. We would love to stop by again if we are in the area. "

"Easily one of the best hotels I've every stayed at. The staff is courteous, helpful, and very professional. Despite its age, the hotel does not feel old or worn out - I was pleasantly surprised by how well maintained, clean, and neat everything was.
