Super schöne und moderne Wohnung mit viel Platz und toller Lage

Pros: Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, modern und sehr zentral gelegen (nur 15 Gehminuten bis zur Kaiserburg). Auch die Parkplätze vor Ort an der Straße waren gut beschildert und ausreichend vorhanden. Cons: Vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster standen Mülltonnen und der Geruch hiervon zog beim Lüften ins Zimmer. Ausbaufähig wäre noch die Küche. Hier wäre ein Herd mit Backofen wünschenswert. Doch hier ist der Vermieter bereits dran dies nachzurüsten. Somit top!! 😀
