“Lovely staff and service”

“It appears to be an older hotel but it is quite charming. An easy walk to the city center or the waterfalls. Overall, we enjoyed our stay even on a rainy day.”

“I stayed two nights at the Heritance Tea Factory hotel. As soon as I arrived I was amazed by the scenery, it looks just exactly the same as the photo, surrounded by tea plantations with a great with of the mountains from afar. It is a bit of a drive from the town but it was nice to be in somewhere very peaceful and scenic. They have a lovely welcome ritual and tea. The hotel still has the engines from the factory days and they runs every night for 30 mins. It is full of stories in this hotel.……

“Clean room, nice new hotel at a good price. Not near any other dining options without a taxi or tuktuk ride except for a nearby coffee place that was decent. Can walk from there down to the lake, community sports grounds and nearby polo grounds. The horses are feeding on the grass at the sports grounds and are being walked by their riders/grooms. Can walk around the lake.”

“The bungalow which we stayed for our holiday is only six rooms. The butler and the staff provide excellent services which many luxury hotels can not do. Staying in this property, your butler has already arranged everything and you do not think about anything about your stay. What you need to do is to tell your butler what you want and he will serve you or give advice to you. Highly recommend to anyone who will visit the same place. The experience is worth your payment.”

“We stayed just for a night as a stopover drive from arugam bay to Ahungalla. We had the family room which has two bedrooms, one with 2× double bed and the other 1x double bed. Had a fridge/freezer and a living room. No air conditioning but wasn't needed as the weather was already cold in nuwara Eliya. Breakfast included offered western (sausages, toasted bread and eggs)or srilankan food (dosa, sambal, eggs). Offered fruita and juice. Great location very high up on the mountain with a nice view……

“Prarthana and the staff was very professional and friendly. We had a very delicious breakfast next morning. Views were amazing from our room. Location is beautiful and very conveniently close to the tea lounges and Nuwara Eliya town. Room is very clean and comfortable. ”

“I had a nice stay, but to be honest I was expecting more from a property of this standard. The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable, however the sheets, towels and dressing gown were pilled, the curtains didn't go to the end of the window, and a cracked tile in the bathroom had been badly repaired. I also found it difficult to mix the taps in the shower to get the right temperature and there were no instructions on how to operate the heater. All in all I didn't feel the quality of the……
