We really enjoyed this vrbo location. The house and property was spectacular. We loved how it was fenced in for our dog and gated for extra security. The gas fireplace gave some nice warmth. The master bath was amazing with huge stand up shower and soaking tub. The master bedroom was huge. We really enjoyed the outdoor chairs on the covered porch. Was nice to sit out therr while it rained one morning. We definitely would stay there again. Highly recommend.

The Modern Farmhouse was a lovely property overall but had a few maintenance issues - back door doesn't close, dishwasher worked very poorly. Kitchen wasn't terribly well stocked and what was there was a bit disorganized. Other than that it was a good location, well kept, clean and the beds were comfy. I'd stay again if the other issues were resolved
