EXCLUSIVE OCEANFRONT WEST BEACH HOME!  5BR/3BA, BR1:1CA-K, BR2:2T, Upper level BR3:1CA-K, BR4:2F, BR5:1F - Relax and enjoy the expansive views from this beautiful ocean front home's large porch and catch a sunset from the dune deck seats. 1 Fine Day offers an open floor plan/greatroom with spacious living, dining and fully equipped recently renovated kitchen and amazing beach views from oversized windows. Stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar seats 6, dining table seats 8, large flat screen cable TV, WIFI, and more! Linens included, loft with game table seats 4, books, and games. Recent renovations include freshly painted walls, planked floors throughout, Electric Barbecue grill, Garbage disposer, New Beach Bar and Barstools on ocean fron deck, Ceiling fans in all Bedrooms, Loft and Greatroom, updated furnishings, new microwave, new bedding (2 CA-Kings) and more. Washer/dryer, HVAC, enclosed outside shower and ground level entrance full bath. Pet friendly. No Smoking. Linens included in weekly and less than 7 day stays only. 3 night minimum rates available in Value - Resort Seasons. Please call our office to inquire. Perfect week at the beach!

This was a great house at a beautiful location, Right on the water. My parents are older so being right on the water was important for them. Plus being able to take our two dogs was awesome! Definitely want to go back!
