Oak Island Beach Villa 308 Sandy Groves, Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo directly ocean front. Enjoy this 2nd floor unit with no one over your head. The views from this unit are breathtaking. Relax on the cover deck while you listen to the waves crash. The beach access is just below. The kids will love the large ocean front pool and sunning areas. There is a large covered picnic and grilling area onsite. The Oak Island Golf Course is just across the street so bring your clubs. This golf course is also home to Duffers Restaurant. Enjoy streaming TV on high speed internet services as well. Bring the family and get some sand between your toes and make everlasting memories here at Sandy Groves!!!

Slow response

The property was very nice and everything we could have asked for. But on our first night (Saturday), the handle on the toilet broke. So I sent them an email through the contact info on the Dack app.and I heard nothing from Better Beach Rentals until I called on Tuesday. Was told at that point that ahe would put in for it to be fixed. We got use of our toilet in the main bathroom on Thursday.

Great times at Caswell Beach

Great place to stay with easy and direct access to Caswell Beach. Loved tidal pools for the youngest children. Accommodations were as listed and shown in photos. Kitchen had plenty of cookware to allow for meal preparation. Short drives to Oak Island, Southport, and shopping/restaurants. The entire family had a very enjoyable stay and we would definitely stay here again!

The property is beautiful with a view of the ocean. Direct beach access was wonderful, no driving around trying to park. The location is close to pier and my husband loved that. It is a very nice unit.
