Two digital flat screen TVs with cable, one DVD player, high speed wireless internet access. Ceiling fans, beautifully decorated, high-chair available for children. Upgraded kitchen appliances and cabinets. Phone jack and computer table in second bedroom.

Access to oceanfront decking from the living room and master bedroom that boasts fabulous views. Deck has dining table with chairs and rockers. Beach chairs provided. Large ground level storage area for your beach equipment. Vinyl plank floors throughout. Master bath renovated in 2018.

The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the home owner's association's recommendation.

Smelled really bad walking in, dirty dishes in kitchen and ants.. everything was sticky. The hot water did not work. No beach chairs (nothing beach wise) as advertised in listing. Trash left on the floor. Missing blinds on sliding door. Hair in the bathtub. Shower door would not open (had to get my tools and get it back onto the tracks). Mold in the bathrooms- Very clear it was not cleaned / maintained in some time.

Great location, beautifully decorated, very clean except the master shower was dirty. The views were outstanding!!!!!!

King Size Bed Missing

I rented this unit based on the advertised king bed. Guess what? There were 2 double beds and 1 twin. On top of that it took two hands and more muscle than I've got to open the sliding glass door in the main room. The toaster oven doesn't work correctly. I paid more for this unit than I have ever paid in the past. It ranks the lowest of all units I've rented in the past 4 years at Oak Island. The TV was hard to figure out and the couches were very uncomfortable. It was clean. Loved the location. Will definitely not be back in the future.
