Great week

Great property, great location, comfortable beds, perfect layout for our family. Trash only running on Tuesdays was an issue as we were overrun with Maggots on day 2. Trash was from previous tenants. That's an OKI thing, not property owners or managers.

Paradise Pointe

The house was very nice. We had an issue with the elevator which required 3 different people, including the owner, to come and fix it. I was pleased with the house and location.

We would rent again

The property is pet friendly, which we liked. That being said, the cleaning service was not thorough when preparing for the next renters. There was pet hair under the couches and the beds. But the layout of the home and the proximity to the ocean and an ice cream shop made it a good week!
