Oak Island house

Great property! Especially liked the ground floor suite with two sets of bunk beds and huge couch and TV for the kids. Beautiful views and well equipped.

Can’t beat this location in a very quiet part of Oak Island right on the inlet!

Location was everything with this rental. Right on the inlet which allowed for fishing and kayaking, but 5 min walk to the beach. There was a mishap with the cleaning service on check-in day where I received a text right at 4pm stating my unit wasn’t cleaned yet. Property management had it resolved within a few hours, but nonetheless stressful. On the final 2 days of our trip the pool filter stopped working and prohibited us from using the pool, which was a massive bummer for the kids. Property management has still yet to respond about any type of refund for the inconvenience. Overall rating 4/5, but had obvious issues during the week.

Great House!

We had a great time at Seain' is Believing! The house is spacious and beautiful and the location is wonderful. And such a gorgeous view! Being close to the beach and The Point was lots of fun. We enjoyed the covered dock and saw dolphins and rays several times. My son and father spent hours fishing and had a blast. The pool was lovely and there were even some floats and toys to use. The covered back deck off the kitchen was an awesome space with couches and and dining table. Without a ceiling fan, and being July, it was just too hot to use for us. During cooler parts of the year it would have been our favorite spot. There were a few issues that were disappointing, but not horrible. The water faucet at the dock was broken; it would have made fishing easier and more enjoyable to have water accessibility. Also the pool light was broken, which made swimming in the evening less enjoyable. We were able to use the spotlights, but they were so bright it just wasn't as nice. Management was quick to respond and communicated well. Unfortunately though, both issues could not be repaired during our week. Please note the elevator is not for guest use. That was a surprise and disappointment for us. There was so much we loved about the house. But without the use of the elevator, I'm not sure we would rent it again.

Incredible vacation!!

We love Oak Island and this house was perfect for our family. Lots of beach, pool and fishing time. Would definitely go back!!
