“This was great spot for our daughter's basketball tournament at the old Mamba Center, now Sports academy. Great and quiet neighborhood. All amenities and stores very close by. The house has everything. I believe we were first to rent since new listing after remodel. But the gist very accommodating and responds quickly. We slept with all windows open and box fans going and were completely comfortable! And got lulled to sleep by the wonderful sounds of the surf, just 20 feet below our apartment.
