“Our stay at the Phoenix Rising Villa was absolutely perfect. The location was peaceful and surrounded by beautiful views, exactly the quiet getaway we were hoping for. The villa was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. We loved waking up to the calm Paso Robles mornings, enjoying wine nearby, and coming back to such a relaxing space. “Overall this place is fantastic. It's super cute and clean. It was the perfect walking distance to the fair and an easy walk to downtown for coffee/lunch/dinner. The owner was very responsive. This property actually has two units that share a wall. (Heads up that the pictures on the listing are of both units.) If you're staying during fair time, I would suggest bringing headphones for when you want to sleep, as you can hear the neighbors loud and clear if they're partying after hours. ;)There……

“This home is beautiful, inside and out! We had birthday treats and wishes, and even toys for our dog waiting for us when we walked in. Inside and outside were both exceptionally clean, nicely appointed and totally comfortable. The many seating areas outside are each delightful in their own way. And the special surprise is the charming “Tree House”……. Perfect for viewing sunset and sipping a glass of wine. The views are beautiful, and the ambience and privacy are real treats. We look……
