I booked a single room which was ok. A little tired but obviously, the main rooms with a view possibly being sorted first. The other rooms left early in the morning and left the doors slam which kept me awake from the early hours. Door fixings need to b more gentle when they close. I did ring down ...

Booked a 3 bed flat and was charged for a 3 bed flat. Instead of getting what we had booked we had to move every night from a 2 bed flat to a studio flat and back to another 2 bed flat (there was 4 of us). Instead of offering an compensation they just said that it was my fault.

Overall the property is very good, but it's let down by a few minor issues that could be quickly changed: - the Vrbo listing says it's a 'second floor' apartment, it's not, it's on the first floor. It also says there's a 'golf view', there isn't, it's on the seafront with no view out of the back ...

D12 treetops at Clarach bay is a lovely setting. Family friendly and lovely staff. We had hot water and good recycling facilities. The site was perfect. However, some of our bedcovers had chocolate on them!!! We found spares to use instead. The green headboard on the main bedroom had a strong smell ...
