Great Place, Quiet Neighborhood

The property is a very nice 1 story home. We had kids and adults and both were very comfortable at the rental. Pros: - nice rec area in garage - updated and new appliances - clean and well cared for - plenty of space and storage - nice hard wood in kitchen and open area Cons: - needs signage of address outside home - ants: we found a lot of dead ones but also some live ones as well. - back yard: great amount of space but would be great if mowed/plowed down. Lots of burrs - a little more deep cleaning of bathrooms and bedrooms

Great property manager and tricky house

The property manager is a great professional, he did his best at any moment to make the vacation better and fix inconvenience. The house doesn't align with the post as there is no room for such as people. There are 3 rooms that can accommodate 6 plus 1 persons, additionallly 2 person more could sleep in a not good trundle beds, but there won't be any space in the room to walk. No hangers and no drawers for the clothes, only in 1 room. All the additional people must sleep in the living room in the sofa or floor, that is very inconvenience as you cannot use the living room. The AC doesn't work properly, at least in summer, and you don't get any temperature below 83. The game room doesn't have AC and it is an oven where you can't stay, as it is the garage reconverted. The table is for 6, so only those guys can seat together and you have to organize shifts for lunch/dinner. The silverware and general kitchen supplies is very limited, no scissors for example. No TV nor cable.
