This cozy holiday apartment is located right in the heart of Oberstdorf’s pedestrian zone — an ideal base at the foot of the Allgäu Alps for couples, families, or solo adventurers.

The 75 m², 3-room apartment is located on the second floor and accessible via elevator. It features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a separate guest WC. Two bedrooms offer a large double bed (1.80 × 2.00 m) and a medium-sized double bed (1.60 × 2.00 m), inviting you to relax and dream. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests.

You’ll enjoy free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a Senseo coffee machine. A free private parking space is available.

Outside, the furnished south-facing balcony captures the sun beautifully — the ideal spot to unwind after a day exploring the beautiful Oberallgäu. Whether you’ve reached the Nebelhorn peak via cable car or hiking boots, this is your perfect blend of adventure, relaxation, and alpine charm.

All summer guests receive a complimentary mountain cable car pass valid for the duration of their stay. Use it to explore the lifts in Oberstdorf and the nearby Kleinwalsertal. Full details are provided in the welcome guide on site.

Skiers and winter fans will love the stunning slopes, cross-country trails, and winter hiking paths. With car or bus, you’ll easily reach all valley stations — the Nebelhorn ski area is just 0.8 km away.

The bus station is only 500 meters away. The town center begins right outside your door — supermarkets, restaurants, and shops are all within arm’s reach. In peak season, we recommend using the local shuttle bus, which also takes you to areas not accessible by private vehicle (e.g. Spielmannsau in the Trettach Valley or Birgsau in the Stillach Valley — both perfect starting points for unforgettable alpine hikes).
