"This unit is especially good for a couple or family that wants basic lodging within easy walking distance of a beach. Met our criteria as a couple for value lodging for a 3-night stay in Collioure:
- LOCATION: 5 min walk to waterfront and nearest restaurants; 15 min walk to old town with many restaurants.
- CLOTHES WASHER. We brought our own liquid laundry detergent.
- KITCHEN. (Though we ended up not using it.)
- PARKING. Unassigned, but plenty available. We parked in front of apt...

"We had a wonderful stay in this flat.
The checkin was easy and some hours before usual arrival possible. Our host got us a office chair and we had a warm welcome with some stuff in the fridge.
The apartment is fully equipped. With a dishwasher and a washing machine it would be perfect.
WiFi works well, the rain shower is awesome. You can sit nicely on the balcony.
Yeah, it's top floor and gets warm in the summer, that's a fact. The air condition is working fine.
