"Sister's trip. As listed. Good price for what is offered. Quiet neighborhood. Host very responsive. What I liked: Quite neighborhood, plenty of space What I didn't like: Heating was uneven....warms up quick upstairs but not in the basement. Overall, great property and would recommend."

"The property is beautifully decorated and very clean. It was very nice for a long weekend in DC. It does have a lot of stairs. Would not recommend for someone who has difficulty climbing stairs. For those who plan to use the metro there was not a metro station within walking distance."

"Very clean and updated house in a very convenient location. Nice neighborhood but close to highways and conveniences. Would be nice to have dressers or luggage stands in bedrooms. Beds seem to be listed in “European sizing”, meaning their “King” bed was what is called a Queen in US and their Queens are really full or doubles. But, beds were comfortable and area is quiet. Downstairs “suite” with bedrooms, bath and living room was great for our daughter, son-in-law and their 2 year old. Nice...

"Lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood that is close to many restaurants and shopping. The area is especially easy to find your way around. As a group of 6 women 68-70 years, we were excited to find a home with enough individual beds to accommodate everyone. The 3 1/2 bathrooms were an added bonus. We found the home to be very clean and the neighborhood to be safe. We absolutely loved the open room concept downstairs. Unfortunately the furniture was a problem for our age group. "My friends and I stayed in this home. It was a very spacious home, in a convenient and safe location, very close to the metro and made for a wonderful getaway. The kitchen was clean and adequately supplied. The bathrooms are a bit small but at least there are three of them. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again."

I asked managing company for recommendations for NYE activities and did not receive any. Netflix on TV did not work. It kept shutting down. Other than that, it was a fun stay."
