"Great hotel! Met up to the Hyatt standards. Close to boardwalk and ocean. Good breakfast. Great pools for rainy days. Only issue was that check in was confusing. Was unclear where to park and unload the car."

"The room was decent for the price you pay, i didnt have any problems with it besides it smelt very weird, and the bathroom was very very small. The housekeeping didnt come to our room the first 3 nights, we had to flag them down and get new towels, then the last two theyd knock on our door like 5 different times to see if we needed towels/wash clothes etc. after we already got them the first time they knocked. which is fine, atleast they were attentive. they did not make the beds, not sure if this place just doesnt do it or not. The pool at the tower building was very nice, i didnt like that it closed by 8pm tho that sucked, because during the day it was packed. from the west building and our room we had a view of the ocean which was very nice. the parking was good, some days there wasnt enough parking which was weird because its 1 per room, but we made it work. but overall it was a nice stay, and i probably would stay again."

"This was a perfect place for our beach vacation! The room was bigger than we expected, very comfortable, had everything we needed, and was VERY clean! Cannot beat being on the boardwalk at a price we could afford! Staff was helpful answering questions. Looking forward to when we can book our next stay!"
