Worcester house 106. Basic with a good view/location

Nothing stands out in the way of great nor bad. There were a lot of fruit flies in the place, but I can't blame the cleaners on that. The key code did not initially work And it took a while to get a hold of somebody to change it to enter. It's a basic place but it's right by the beach. I would stay there again.

Convenient location

Unable to use the dryer like previous comments state. This was very inconvenient especially for the price you pay. View of sand dunes which was a bit disappointing but doable.

Reviews say outdated and this is true but we didn't care about that. We did care that there was black mold covering the bottom (inside) of the kitchen sink cabinet. There was some sort of leak and water had filled the dishtub under the sink as well as soaked the cabinet interior. I advised Vacasa immediately of the problem and they said they couldn't send anyone until the next day. However the "night maintenance" person did show up at 5:30 that evening. He looked at the problem and stated he would have to come back the next day to treat the mold and bring additional tools/supplies to fix the issue. The next day after 5pm he did arrive with a bottle of Fantastik. He looked under the sink and found the entire faucet assembly needed to be replaced. He also stated the bottom (inside) of the cabinet would need to be replaced as it was so rotted he could push a finger through it. Both he and I realized this problem existed for quite a long time. That means either the area was never cleaned or no one cared to fix the problem if it was reported. He then dumped the water into the sink and threw away (into our trash) some dishwasher detergent that had been in the dish tub. Moldy sponges and other items were left in the dishtub which was placed to capture additional dripping water. He sprayed the cabinet bottom with Fantastik, which will not kill mold. He measured for the wood replacement and said he would return tomorrow. Two days later when we left everything was the same. Never fixed

Average but no good.

The place was nice but it needs to be upgraded. It sits in a quite spot in the back near the beach. I would recommend to others who will not be hanging out a lot in the place and are just there to shower and sleep.
