“Property was well appointed with every facility you could think of.
The whole place looked new and was very clean.
It was tastefully decorated and all facilities worked well.
Situated on the edge of the main city strip made everything accessible, yet the apartment was very peaceful.
Large bathroom and shower (inc. large shower rose)
The log fire was amazing!
Last but not least, the host was extremely friendly and helpful throughout, Thank You So Much :)

“The photos of the property on Wotif somewhat misleading, the outdoor area was very dirty not has not been attended to for some time. The inside was ok but not as per photos. Did not receive check in code, was close to having to source another accommodation but finally receive code from host and check in was delayed.”

“We loved our two night winter stay. The design, light and style were so uplifting. We felt welcomed, warm and rejuvenated! The natty outdoor areas and garden provided plenty of options for dining and relaxation - enhancing the sense of privacy and comfort. "The room type provided was completely different from what was booked, very old and dirty. The carpet was extremely dirty, the water flow in the bathroom was very small, and the electronic lock couldn't be locked at first. It took a long time to figure out that it required a lot of force to close it. I asked the platform to communicate with the hotel about the room's problem and was hung up on several times. They only said that it was full and couldn't handle it, so why should I book it? Terrible attitude and very, very poor housing experience"
