Laundry:

We are able to arrange hire and delivery of these if required for your stay - please enquiry if you would like to hire these.
Inclusions
Ocean Horizon will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.
All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard end of stay housekeeping up to 4 hours will be included in your booking.
Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.
Professional Housekeeping & Linen Laundering
At Holiday Nelson we take a thorough approach toward cleanliness and hygiene practices for your and our families peace of mind.
All high contact, food preparation and hard wet surfaces are hygienically cleaned and sanitised and our linens are professionally laundered at 80ºC, with bed linens further ironed at 120ºC by one of New Zealand's leading laundry experts, leaving them crisp, clean & superbly comfortable!
**Special conditions & notes**:
- Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets are not permitted.
Stairs - This is a two-storey home with entry, living, kitchen, dining and powder room (half bathroom) on the upper floor and 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms (including one ensuite) on the lower floor.
- Meet & Greet - One of our team will welcome you upon arrival. Check-in is available between 3pm and 8pm 7 days a week. Late arrivals after 8pm are outside of our service hours and will only be possible by agreement. A minimum additional charge of NZD50.00 will apply.
**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:
- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).
- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.
- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.
- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.
