"We loved our stay on the boat and found it better than we had expected because it had so much charm that we wouldn't know until we stayed there. Beautiful evenings on the canal and very good laundry and bathroom and parking setup for use off the boat. We really had a fun time. We also had great communication with the owner who was helpful and ready to answer anything we could have asked. We felt very safe. It was quiet and had great happy vibes at that particular marina where the boat is docked. We hope to return someday."

"We had an amazing time. We got to see so many Manatees by our deck. Rebecca was amazing and always responded right away when I had a question. The place was clean. We enjoyed the kayaks but do wish they had 3 so my family could have gone together. We rented jet skis a few houses down from us, and they charged us a great price. They were amazing and even took us for a ride to show us where to go. I definitely enjoyed the pool to cool off. We met so many nice people. I definitely recommend this house, and we will be coming back."

"This unit is well located and an excellent value in the Ocean Reef Club facility. It has excellent access to a community pool and a wonderful vista overlooking the intersection of two canals. The interior is open and light. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is an added bonus."

"This property was perfect for our family of 4. Pictures do not do the view justice! We fished off the dock every day and used the kayaks often. My son even caught a shark! It was a cool spot to watch the boats go in and out of the marina. Also loved the hammock chairs. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"First rental we have ever done and it went way better than expected! Clean, had everything we needed, peaceful and very easy process. Could have been a little rommier for our very tall family but that’s splitting hairs. All questions were answered very quickly by our host which made this even easier for us first timer! The view was amazing and just as advertised! Great sitting on the back porch watching the waves in the mornings with coffee! Would most definitely do it again!"

"Beautiful tiny house and a terrific owner/host. Highly recommend. Check in was welcoming and friendly, and the place is very well equipped. Beautifully done recently inside so it’s very nice. The attached dock is great for fishing and the grill was handy for cooking outside a bit. Will stay here again!!"
