「Staff at check in just stared at me and didn’t speak to me (despite my standing in front of her and her looking me in the eye). I eventually addressed her first. She didn’t apologize for my wait (I had stood there as she was checking someone else in for about 10 minutes). She said she couldn’t find the reservation for the person in front of me but then found it; she did the same with me. Not hospitable at all. The staff I left the keycard with the next day was very friendly.
