"We had to edit our checkout date Took a couple calls and chats to Travelocity and they had to call Hard Rock but we did get it resolved we had a platinum king room on the 5th floor very clean awesome housekeeping felt very safe also had some good restaurants on site"

"The staff was very, very nice and helpful. Some of the nicest people I ever met. Not the best breakfast, could have more variety. My milk tasted funny like it was starting to sour. The room was clean except for the hard surface floor it was filthy. Had to scrub three times. The room nextdoor mopped twice. The price was great. Location was assume. I would go again."

"Our room, which was in the back of the building, was beautiful, very clean, and quiet. We had a small fridge, which we used, and lots of towels and wash cloths. I would suggest providing more hand towels, since we had only two. The air conditioning was very good and the thermostat very responsive when we adjusted it. We had no trouble with the combination locks on the doors and felt very secure. If I could make one suggestion, it would be about the pillows, which were very uncomfortable. They are too stiff, and I felt like I was putting my head on a sack of flour. There should at least be softer pillows in the closet as an option. Having folding luggage racks would also have been nice. The off-street parking in the back was great. The location is very convenient, a short walk to lots of restaurants, the Walter Anderson Museum, and the Welcome Center. Driving down to the see the coast was also very easy. We would definitely stay there again (but I would have to bring my own pillow!). Highly recommend."
