"We paid over $250 a night for a room that was barely enough room for 2 people to move around in ,1 chair for 2 people no clock. The fridge was tiny the room was shabby. No comfortable seating bathroom was tiny.It was our 50th wedding anniversary and and were expecting a room that was at least comfortable. We were there for 4 nights and it was not enjoyable at all thanks for nothing Ibis you spoilt our weekend"

"Great stay. The Horizon Lounge was amazing. The hotel itself is looking tired and in need of a refurb. Brilliant Harbour views"

Amora Hotel Brisbane
8/10 Good
"Arriving at the hotel with our car was confusing even using google maps led us to a side street then took us to the underground carpark which didn't show signs of a 5 star rating hotel. Limited signage and no luggage trolley. Checking in was pleasant enough but our query relating to main entry arrival was answered with a vague address confusion experienced by guests, taxis and uber alike.. Our king room was clean and the bed comfortable. Not too sure about having a sofa tucked in a corner and a tv on the opposite side wall, can't watch tv from the bed. We had picked Amora hotel as it listed having sauna facilities, it has a sauna but it's very awkward to use having to walk in and out inside the gym to have shower and come back in the gym to enter the sauna next to barbells. If guests were using the gym it would be very unattractive. It's a shame as sauna facilities should be promoted by the hotel more than the gym taking way too much space. Breakfast was fresh and delicious eggs Benedict made our morning. Checking out we got that parking downstairs was $40 overnight and upon leaving the carpark there are signs $10 overnight/all w.ent flat fee which was an annoying find. Overall the Amora hotel has the potential, staff and amenities to promote itself as a five star hotel but it needs to step up to actually gain it's five star status."

YEHS Hotel Sydney Harbour Suites

"We had a great stay before and after our cruise! Will definitely come back!!!"

Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay
10/10 Excellent
"Our room was near the pools and lagoon which meant easy access. There were lots of free activities offered, some of which were in the large outdoor pool if you wanted to join in. The staff were very friendly, helpful and seemed to be happy to be working at the Marriott no matter what they were doing...and had beautiful singing voices which we often heard if a celebration was held or a person was leaving. The breakfast offered a large, varied selection of food for all nationalities to choose from was an enjoyable start to the day, The downside to our stay was that we really enjoyed our time in a beautiful setting but the cost meant we wouldn't be able to return for a while."
