Beachfront Living on the Strand #206

Vacation in this beautiful beachside 3-bedroom, 3 1/2 bath condo on The Strand in Oceanside! This modern condo is a 5-minute walk to several popular restaurants, microbreweries (i.e. Belching Beaver), pubs, the historic Oceanside Pier, and various rental kiosks offering bikes, boards, and beachside needs. The condo features a pull-out sofa sleeper (with topper) and pull-out chaise in the main living space. Also, one bedroom is located in a private casita which will allow privacy while still enjoying time with your loved ones. The bedrooms feature memory foam mattresses and are open and airy--splashed with natural sunshine. The private balcony offers a panoramic ocean view and allows you to enjoy your morning cup of coffee with gated access right onto The Strand!

Amenities include an inviting, open-concept gourmet kitchen stocked with serve ware, kitchen tools and wine fridge, full-size washer/dryer, underground gated parking with 2 reserved spaces, large private patio that's perfect for entertaining, and a spacious, well-appointed living area. Condo includes Wi-Fi, 3 wall-mounted televisions and ensuite bathrooms. This property also features a private, open courtyard to store your beach toys and rinse off after a day at the beach!

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

Amazing View

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! The views were absolutely stunning, and the place was so clean and well-maintained. The location couldn’t have been more perfect, with everything being within walking distance. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable time, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit! Came out to see friends and family for a quick weekend stay. The home is beautiful and right on the water. Probably going to book again, at least I’ll try. Million Dollar View!!

What an incredible home! It's even better than the pictures. We had a wonderful time sitting on the deck watching the waves role in. Sunsets were heavenly. The condo had everything we need and more. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dream place to stay!

Perfect for Family Gathering

The condo easily accommodated our family (four adults—including two grown sons who wanted their own space) and a dog but could handle more. Plenty of room to spread out but also a large living area and open dining room/kitchen to gather. The balcony and view were amazing. All was as listed, and we hope to stay there again.

What a View!

The home was beautiful, we stayed 2 weeks. All of the beds were really bad, but they brought a new master bed mattress on day 3. The other 2 mattresses took a few days longer due to very poor management during the weekend. Eventually the other two mattresses were replaced as well and all was then wonderful.

Fantastic views and gorgeous Rental

We absolutely enjoyed the condo and the amazing views. People watching was fun on the Strand and the town had some good places to eat. My adult kids said it was the nicest and coolest place we ever stayed.

The condo was very nice except we did not get to stay here our whole visit

This is the email I sent the Managers Office, Manager got back to me on Tuesday that he wanted to speak to me. I responded with a text of a time and never heard back. I texted to let them know I am home with my kids and sick husband if they could please respond back with an email or text... NOTHING~ WE chose to go on vacation as my husband is in final stage of kidney failure. And this is what happened I just wanted to write and express some of my issues with our rental. First I rented the beach house to take my children and my husband who is in 5th stage (final) stage of kidney disease to makes some memories with. We chose the Strand condo after many searches for beach houses. WE went with your location because of the deck and the way the house looked. When we arrived we LOVED the condo! IT was AMAZINGl But then to be without hot water for a whole day and then the next day the hot water was still not working we were very disappointed. My kids, husband and friends could not take a hot shower after being on the beach. The water was freezing and we needed showers and it was very disappointing that the issue was not fixed that day, or appropriate accommodations was not made. Then to be moved on Friday, was a huge inconvenience. WE lost the whole morning that day and missed plans we had scheduled. To have to pick up and move with 3 children, a sick husband that I had to take to dialysis in the middle of this. The first place you guys tried to put us in was not what we wanted. The house smelt musty, the deck was not what we wanted and the bed in master was horrible. Thankful you moved us up to the next level, however it was still not what we wanted as we chose and rented the strand condo. I am not sure how you guys can rectify this. I would like to be offered something for the 1. No hot water for a whole day and next morning 2. Losing out on plans we had for Friday 3. The inconvenience of having to pack up move quickly to a new location 4. Not getting what we originally rented. 5. No propane for bbq or fire pit in new place 6. Jaquzzi did not work.. freezing cold. I am big on customer service, I have been recommending your place to my family, which my brother is interested in. We loved the condo! And wish we could have stayed there and not have to deal with the issues we had that were not our fault. I hope that you can at least offer something to us for all of our troubles!

Spectacular view, modern home

We spent 4 days, 3 nights here and it was everything we'd hoped it would be. This is a recently built building with a great floor plan. The main bedrooms each have their own bath with a guest bath in the hallway. A separate guest villa within the gated area makes a great place for extended family. The wall facing the water opens fully to allow a truly amazing view and experience. Sit on the balcony all day and watch the waves go in and out. At low tide, there is sand, but the rest of the time is water on the beach. This keeps the view unspoiled of umbrellas and beachgoers. The sandy beach is only a hundred yards up the Strand. Everything was in good repair and there's a great selection of cookware and appliances. Beds were comfortable, and all linens were clean. Highly recommended.
