Amazing View

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! The views were absolutely stunning, and the place was so clean and well-maintained. The location couldn’t have been more perfect, with everything being within walking distance. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable time, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit! Highly recommend!

Amazing ocean view. Great location!

Great week at the beach!

Really enjoyed our week at this property. Condo is very nice, location is great, and ocean views/patio are fantastic. Beds/mattresses need replacement.

Million Dollar View!!

What an incredible home! It's even better than the pictures. We had a wonderful time sitting on the deck watching the waves role in. Sunsets were heavenly. The condo had everything we need and more. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dream place to stay!

206 700 Strand

We had a great time and loved the accomodations. No complaints. We would consider renting this unit in the future if we decide to visit Oceanside again. We loved the surf right outside the unit!

Good to see my friends and family

Came out to see friends and family for a quick weekend stay. The home is beautiful and right on the water. Probably going to book again, at least I’ll try. The property manager is great, this is the third time at three different properties that we have used them. Nothing changes from property to property, their service is spot on. Great job! Bobby

Can't beat the location

Fantastic view of the ocean & had a wonderful time with friends & family. Only down side were a few maintenance issues, dishwasher didn't work for our 10 day stay which was a minor inconvenience. Property manager was notified right away but was never able to get it fixed.

April 2017 Stay

This condo was amazing!!!!! Our expectations were more than met, everything was in perfect order and we were in need of nothing more than what was provided. All of the furniture and appliances were high quality. We were spoiled! Being able to choose to enjoy the crashing waves of the ocean 24/7 was delightful and breathtaking. I definitely recommend this condo to anyone!

Absolutely wonderful property. Beautifully done with a fantastic view. I'll rent it again for sure Would be great to have the kitchen a little better set with respect to a variety of plates and bowls. Also cooking utensils. It was ok and made do but it wasn't super. But wow, what a treat.

Beach Vacation

fabulous! great location and unit. our vacation was enhanced much by our agent tim pioway. from the beginning he make it a worry free booking (which i was apprehensive about booking on line) he answerd all our questions before and while there, he was wonderful. if we called him, he responded within a few minutes. it's sad he will not be the agent for this unit anymore. i would recommend tim to anyone anytime!

Fabulous Beach Get Away

The pictures of the view and the unit do not do it justice. From the well equipped kitchen to extra linens and beach towels, perfect for our needs. There were 3 bedroom when you include a casita, which would give you a nice break from the group. We are planning a trip next year with our daughter's family and there will be plenty of room for her family of 7 + us grandparents. Easy in and out of unit and garage.

Their team is extremely professional and was quick to respond whenever there were questions or minor issues. The properties are always well decorated and have every amenity you could ask for! Super clean and plenty of extra linens. The location could not be better, literally watching the waves roll in while drinking coffee in the morning or having a glass of wine at night. This property does not disappoint. A 10 min walk to the pier and great beach spots for a day of fun in the sun and water. 20 min walk max to the main street in Oceanside with plenty of great restaurant choices.

Gorgeous Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our week in this condo! The open floorpan was great for our family thanksgiving by the beach. The views are ridiculous and we practically lived on that pario watching the waves crash. The third bedroom doe not have a picture but it was perfect for our 2 teenagers as there was a double/twin bunkbed. The King bed in the master suite is quite uncomfortable (our only complaint). The management company had excellent customer service. We ran out of propane the night before Thanksgiving for the outdoor fire pit and they had someone run a new one out Thanksgiving day! We were blown away. We would definitely stay here again.
