Beautiful views

Spent my 30th birthday here and was blown away with the views. Such an adorable condo! I love the fact that they were pet friendly. I absolutely love this rental and I look forward to coming back in the future

The bathroom could use an exhaust fan, it get very stuffy and the toilet paper holder needs to be replaced it’s rusted.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really enjoyed our stay. Located right on the beach/ocean, in a great neighborhood. The downsides were only one minute of hot water in the shower and some ants in the kitchen. The boogie boards provided were a plus!

A slice of heaven

We stayed in a middle unit a few years ago and decided to take a last minute trip here to see family. We moved from carlsbad to AZ so we love this location and to be on the sand and view the water is heaven. When you have lived near the ocean, you do understand what the salt air does to property so just understand the property is not rusty, it's just been kissed by the ocean air.

The shower ran out of warm water within 2-3 minutes each day. Cold showers are not fun after being in cold ocean water!

Weekend Staycation

We are Oceanside locals and decided to do a staycation. This property is great and well equipped. We were happy with the location and had plenty of room on the property to spread out. Our 4 yr old was happy to be able to play in the sand in front of our unit. (#1) We are familiar with the location of this property and were aware of the beach access during high tide. We utilized the tide chart and planned our beach time during low tide. If you are looking for a property that has 24/7 beach access, you'll want to head north towards the pier or farther down south. We had a great stay and would recommend this location to our friends. The views are beautiful and the unit was very clean.

We made some of the best memories that we get to take with us forever. We look forward to going back and sharing it with friends and family.When we had any type of issue the staff were so great at getting right back to us and taking care of the problem. We will highly recommend this beachfront vacations to anyone and everyone.

Enjoyed this condo

We stayed in Unit 1 it was great. Everything there you needed. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Great view of the ocean and watching the morning surfers. I’m a beach walker so was disappointed that couldn’t walk the beach, water was always right up to rocks. Great place we hope to return some day. Parking on the street was never a problem.

Great 35th Anniversary

The place is a perfect little rental right on the ocean. We spent 8 nights in it for our 35th anniversary and perfect. It was great having our own area to hang out all day. The sound of the waves and cool ocean air were amazing. We had a couple of maintenance issues and Beachfront took care of the issues immediately. I highly recommend staying in this cottage.

View is best part. Anniversary weekend and No HEAT when arrived, not fixed till following afternoon after another message sent. Place could of been cleaned up better #1 border falling down sand washed away from gate. Not enough parking.

What a view!

Cozy place right on the sand. Fully stocked kitchen made food prep easy. But even easier was the coffee shop walking distance of the apartment. Loved it!

Love this place

Finding somewhere right on the beach is gold dust! Remember nothing is perfect, the air con unit is in the main room and the bedroom doesn't cool down enough. However, the management company are super nice, the location is to die for and I would go back again in a heartbeat.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really enjoyed this cozy oceanfront rental during the weekday offseason. There was plenty of street parking. The location is far enough away from the noisy strand/pier, but still close enough to ride your bike or walk to. Can't get any closer the ocean! In that area, it's very important to have a private beach area because they have a lot of high tide days when you can't walk on the beach. This unit had it's own generous beach area, where the other units have to share a smaller area. The rental had everything I needed. It was clean. Beachfront Only communicated very well & even offer a texting feature for assistance during your stay. I would rent this affordable location again. My family stopped by one day and loved it as well.

October 2021 Stay

The interior was very clean, we had a great time would definitely come back. The only issue was the private beach area. Someone left a shoe and two piles of dog crap I had to clean up the first night. The cleaning crew should pay attention to it, and a quick 5 minute rake of the sand would look a lot nicer. The propane fire pit knob doesn’t work, the only way it works is by turning the propane tank valve on and off.

{NEVER STAY AGAIN} - "NOT SO COZY BEACHFRONT RENTAL"

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When I originally booked my reservations on 8/17/2021 it was for the location P807-1 Oceanside St. (Res Conf #RES-50520).The office called me a day later and said the reservation for this location would be under construction from the owners of the property at the time of our stay. So, we would like to upgrade you into 1615-1 Oceanside Street. At that time, they asked me to pull up the attachment to see it, said it will be no extra charge, and the price would be the same as my original reservation. At the time of our arrival, which was the evening around 6PM on 9/23/21, we were extremely disappointed. The advertisement showing the rooms you have online is nothing like the place we were upgraded to. I would hate to see the original place I was going to stay in if this was an upgrade. The upgraded place in the advertisement was very colorful and looked modern and newly furnished. We were pleased that everything was clean and in order though in the upgrade. The smell and the appearance went hand and hand; old and used. Our neighbors at the condo expressed their disappointment in their accommodations as well and they asked us if we were misled by advertisement because it's not what you think you’re getting. Here’s what we experienced insteadA. The shower should have had a better shower curtain that wasn’t flapping and spraying water over the entire bathroom floor. I did mention this situation in the text I sent you. I also I texted you several times on different matters. I thought I was keeping an open communication. But I didn't get a reply on the curtain situation.B. Our bed was as hard as a rock. Our bodies were sore each day sleeping in it. Not acceptable at all and they need to dispose that bed.
