Great place to stay!

My husband and I have stayed at many units throughout NCV and this unit is definitely towards the top of the list. Excellent location, only a few minutes walk to the beach, very clean and well equipped. Communication was excellent and we look forward to booking again soon.

Relaxing Stay

We've stayed at NCV the past 7 years at different units and this unit rates towards the top of our previous stays. The unit was clean and nicely updated décor. The price was reasonable and communication with the owners was extremely satisfying. I would recommend this unit.

Not impressed with unit E109.

This unit desperately needs a new mattress and bedroom blinds. Two of the vertical slats were missing and when we tried to open the blinds another fell off. The owners have filled the closet with so many pillows and blankets from floor to rod it left little to no room for hanging cloths. Many cabinets and drawers had locks, leaving little room to put anything away. North Coast Village is in a great location and we will likely return for another visit - just not to this unit.

View of a lifetime

The Condo was very nice and we enjoyed watching the surfers from the balcony. The only issue was that there were no paper towels and no Kleenex.

The linens on our bed had not been changed. Bed was made up with dirty sheets and pillow cases. Had to spend the first day washing the linens.

Great location, nice homey condo

The location can’t be beat - walk right out to pool or beach, and an easy walk to harbor. Condo has beautiful view of water! Nicely furnished, thoughtful touches, homey and welcoming. Windows/doors didn’t have a tight seal so there’s a little draft and can hear street noise.

Get away to the beach

There was some confusion with booking this property. I take responsibility but I was very grateful that the Property Management company, On the Sand, alerted me to the problem. The grounds were quite lovely. The buildings were a bit dated. All the units were different and ours was very nice.

Beautiful property! Great location!

We loved our stay, the beach was very easy to get to. We enjoyed the boogie boards and chairs to soak up the sun and sand. The 2 exits to the stairs was more convenient, and quicker than taking the elevator. The view in the evenings at sunset was beautiful. The property was well stocked, and cozy. We’d love to stay again!
