"Pool and gym was as good as always. We found the mattress pad had several bad stains on it, had to have it replaced. One front desk employee was very short with me when I asked her to please the empty coffee containers. I was standing on the side of the desk when she allowed another guest to approach her for check out when I was there before that guest. She changed my morning outlook."

"If you don’t like motel style, don’t stay here. Outside door was standing open when we got there. Floor was filthy because of stuff blowing in. Bathroom was filthy, staff was not helpful. Walls are very thin. We heard the neighbor hit snooze 9 times before he shut it off."

"Front desk is SO slow to check in. I had a delivery and the guy working the desk was rude and insulting about having to accept it and hold it for 30min while I came to retrieve it from the show ring. Hotel is new and nice.. could use decor on the long hall ways"

"Staff was very friendly but accommodations are subpar compared to say a Holiday Inn Express. Breakfast provides no hot food other than premade burritos to heat up in microwave or waffle mix to make your own waffle. Dining area is very small and shared with the front desk area. Rooms are clean but outdated with stucco walls and carpet that feels damp to walk in by the ac unit."

"Checked in after midnight due to travel times. Did not even access the room. Felt VERY unsafe, employee was in the vehicle smoking and had to come inside to help me. NEVER AGAIN! "
