Conched Out is a beautiful home located in Ocracoke's Pamlico Point community. This neighborhood offers the closest access to Ocracoke's spectacular beaches. You will enjoy a short bike ride to restaurants, a grocery store, and the nearby beach access. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home features a reverse floor plan offering long range views from the decks and second floor living areas. The reverse floor plan offers all three bedrooms and two full baths on the first floor. The spacious open living area on the upper level features vaulted ceilings throughout the kitchen, living and dining areas. 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths: Primary Bedroom with King Bed. One bedroom with Queen Bed and one with Pyramid Bed (Double on bottom/Twin on top). All beds have memory foam mattress toppers. Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access and 4 cable smart TV’s. Netflix is offered on the living room and master bedroom TVs. Gas fireplace (Off-Season Only). Washer and dryer. Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival, with the exception of the top bunk. The exterior offers a screened porch, covered and open decks, a picnic table, park style charcoal grill, hot/cold outdoor shower and fish cleaning bench. Covered parking with entrance. No Smoking.
