Relaxing stay

Many thanks to Ocracoke Island Reality for the hospitality. We appreciate being able to move in a little early, we arrived on the mid day ferry in a pouring rain. The ferry service must not be aware of the 5pm move in times of the rental properties. I guess by making the house available a little early their wasn't time to clean the floors, the dark hardwood floors were nasty. Some of the hvac vents had mold/mildew.

Nice place

Pro:Nice home with great view of the sound side. Very accommodating with letting us stay and extra night. Con: dryer needs a new heating element or needs to be replaced. It takes several rounds to dry the clothes.
