「We experienced a power outage during the night in July and were without AC for several hours (4+). It was the middle of the night, but it would have been nice to have received some communication about it and estimated times for power restoration.」

「I am still waiting for refund for my booking. I have contacted property as well as Expedia many times via messages, email, and phone. Cape Hatteras is under a State of Emergency and no one will process my refund which is against the law. The roads are not accessible, and this has been declared a natural disaster by the state of North Carolina. Still waiting for replies back from all parties.」
