"Staff could be nicer during check-in. The past two times I have been here, the front desk person doesn’t seem to enjoy their role. This happened with two separate individuals on two occasions. The hotel uses silverware and porcelain plates, which is fine but they’re often dirty during breakfast. A switch to single-use may be less cost effective but it is cleaner. "

"Parking was better than I expected "

"Overall the place and parking felt safe and the staff was nice. I didn’t like how I reserved for 5 guest and there was only 2 towels. The couch bed did not have any sheets and had to go ask for some at the receptionist. Then the cleaning service said to give the dirty towels and they will wash and drop off more later. We never got more towels when I went to ask the receptionist they said they were out of towels. The breakfast was also not great. Pancake machine was not working and not many options."
